Our traditional five bar field gates with reverse diagonal bracing, are built using high quality planed Redwood. With added decorative pales, these gates provide strength and durability whilst still allowing privacy. Our Elite Byfield gates have a 70mm thick frame and, four 70mm x 19mm horizontal rails.

These gates are manufactured in-house by one of our skilled gatemakers.

All of our gates are pressure treated green

These gates are sold as single gates but if required as a pair, please order the correct quantity - i.e for a pair you would need to order 2 gates.

Gates in this style are made to order only with a manufacturing lead time of 2-3 weeks.

All our timber is sourced from responsibly managed forests and carries full FSC accreditation, ensuring it meets strict environmental, social, and economic standards.

In addition, every piece of wood is pressure-treated with Tanalith-E Green, a high-performance preservative that provides long-lasting protection against rot, fungal decay, and insect attack. This treatment not only enhances durability and extends the lifespan of the wood but also maintains a natural appearance, making it a reliable and sustainable choice for a wide range of outdoor applications.
